For the past twenty years, our focus has been client-friendliness
and flexibility in all of our program generation, scheduling and
cancellation procedures. In that context, we have found it helpful
to project some guidelines for our clients in the area of session
cancellation.
Please note the following guidelines:
- Any cancellation made more than two weeks from the
date of the scheduled session will be simply cancelled or
rescheduled to another time. There will be no cancellation
fee.
- Any cancellation made within the two weeks, but more
than seven days from the date of the scheduled session can be
cancelled or rescheduled to another time. However, there will
be 50% cancellation fee. This fee cannot be credited to
another session.
- Cancellations (or "no-shows") within one week
of the scheduled session will be charged the full cost of the
session. This fee cannot be credited to another session even
if it is a reschedule of the cancelled session.
Our interest is for the fairest end result possible for
everyone. These guidelines will be very helpful in addressing the
variety of cancellation situations that arise.
